Anne Huarte
EXPERIENCED APPELLATE ATTORNEY
Anne Huarte is a skillful expert appellate advocate with over 30 years of experience in civil litigation, representing clients in civil appeals and writs in state and federal appellate courts. Her extensive experience includes cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, toxic tort, product liability, insurance bad faith, breach of contract, attorney fees, employment issues, real property issues and medical malpractice, among other areas.

Anne graduated from Loyola Law School with Honors at Entrance, and Loyola Marymount University, Cum Laude, in the Honors Program. She is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California as well as in the federal district of NY, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Anne is published in a variety of law journals and has helped research and write a policy brief for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Border Security and Immigration. Anne was recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star for appellate law. She values community involvement and her Pro Bono legal work includes Foster Family Adoption through Public Counsel and Loyola Law School, and the Advocate for the Homeless Program. She is a contributor to the Venice Family Clinic. She has also served on the Executive Board of Appellate Courts Committee LACBA and continues to be an active member.
